POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® research, through factor analysis, discovered the core factors that impact both performance and wellbeing. This research revealed that there are only 10 negative response factors (Saboteurs) and only 5 positive response factors (Sage powers).
Discovering these root-level factors of performance and wellbeing dramatically simplifies personal and professional development, as it is about rewiring the brain at the root level rather than treating symptoms. About Core Energy Coaching™
Core Energy Coaching™ is a transformational style of coaching which positively influences and supports constructive change in individual perspectives, emotional reactions, and behavior patterns. It is based on the two-fold understanding that humans are, at the core, energetic beings and that the quality and amount of core energy a person experiences daily will determine his or her overall potential to pursue goals and experience fulfillment. The methodology is focused on getting to the root (or “core”) of an individual’s challenges by identifying and shifting inner thoughts, beliefs, and emotions that block a client’s success. From this place, they can reduce stress, sustainably connect with their purpose and passion, and experience more fulfillment in all areas of life.
Why Core Energy Coaching™ over Traditional coaching techniques?
Most coaching methodologies are action-oriented with a focus on identifying goals, creating a series of steps to meet those goals, and then providing accountability to keep the client moving forward.
While the client's enthusiasm and energy are high, the approach can be effective in the short term. Unfortunately, once energy and enthusiasm begin to wane, the ability to sustain the outcome and repeat the process tends to deteriorate over time.
This is what happens when the “problem” is not really the problem, but just a symptom of the internal beliefs that the client unconsciously follows. Without recognizing and addressing these underlying patterns, it’s far less likely that they will gain a deeper understanding of their behavior, shift their hidden thoughts and emotions, and create sustainable change and momentum. While they might achieve their initial goals, the process may not be repeatable without outside help.
Core Energy Coaching™ is Transformational
In contrast, transformational coaching operates from an inside out approach, whether the goal is internal or external.
Core Energy Coaches start the process “inside,” where we find the root of most challenges and blocks to success, including limiting perspectives about the world, defeating thoughts, and outdated beliefs unconsciously picked up from family, society, and the media.
