Energy Leadership Development Program
The Energy Leadership Development System is a set of coaching tools that can be used as a resource or as a sequential program. It is best utilized for aspiring leaders or existing leaders who want to hone one or more skills. Before beginning you will need a clear vision of where it is that you want to go with coaching. The material in the ELDS is meant to be supportive of the coaching process and to supplement and enhance an individuals growth, or the growth of a management team. The content focuses on helping the individual create that powerful WHAT and HOW in multiple areas of their life. Once the first four foundational segments are completed, a few or all of the next eight segments may be chosen based on the needs and goals of the individual or organization.
Introduction: The introduction gives a robust overview of Energy Leadership, the benefits of the ELI assessment, and facilitates engagement with the following segments of the kit.
Segment 1: Program Planning—This segment helps the client get crystal clear on what they REALLY want and then set goals in the short and long term to make that their reality.
Segment 2: The 7 Levels of Leadership—This segment creates a deeper awareness of the 7 Levels of Energy. After taking the ELI assessment and gaining a broad understanding of the energy levels, this segment creates the space for the client to dive deeper into how the energy levels impact experiences in various aspects of life.
Segment 3: Leadership Strengths and Gaps—This segment helps to guide which segments to focus on moving forward and reveals tons of possibilities. It also helps the client in identifying personal gifts and creating a higher consciousness of living.
Segment 4: Removing Barriers—This segment dives into the big 4 Energy Blocks and helps to build awareness about the blocks, how they influence various areas of life and create a barrier to success and achievement.
Segment 5: Emotional Intelligence—During this segment, we explore how to manage theirs and others’ emotions. It contains valuable information on the three key aspects of emotional intelligence and shares strategies for increasing emotional intelligence.
Segment 6: Dynamic Communication—In this segment, clients work through listening and speaking skills, gain an understanding of what’s behind theirs and others’ communication, and decide what changes to make to improve how they communicate and interact with others.
Segment 7: Influencing Others—This segment covers the skills and abilities needed to inspire others to success. .
Segment 8: Problem Solving—Within this segment, the familiar concept of the cycle of change is addressed. Clients will learn the five approaches for change and conflict management, as well as a high energy way to look at “problems.”
Segment 9: Productivity—In this segment, clients learn about a comprehensive decision-making model and the productivity cycle.
Segment 10: High Energy Relationships—Segment 10 covers how to create an anabolic team, and how to enhance relationships and manage conflict.
Segment 11: Health and Wellness—This segment includes beliefs, values, and priorities around health and wellness and how it can benefit the client, especially as it relates to their various roles.
Segment 12: Time Management/Balance—Included in this segment are beliefs, goals, strategies, and tactics around time management and balance.
